All purchases from the Trinity Laban Online Shop are subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions although it should be noted that for certain conferences and events specific terms and conditions may apply.
In such cases, the specific terms and conditions - which take precedence over those set out below - will be found under the "Event Specific Terms and Conditions" tab for the individual event.

These terms and conditions apply to all online transactions made with Trinity Laban:
(i) Please refer to Sections I and/or II below when purchasing Goods and Services.
(ii) When booking a place on a Conference or Event please see Section III below.
Trinity Laban may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent transactions with Trinity Laban.
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits the liability of Trinity Laban for death or personal injury caused by Trinity Laban's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to the preceding sentence, Condition 11 constitutes the entire financial liability of Trinity Laban (including any liability for the acts or omissions of its employees, agents and sub-contractors) to the Buyer in respect of:
(i) any breach of these Conditions; and
(ii) any representation, statement or negligent act or omission, including negligence arising under or in connection with the contract.
The acknowledgement of the order and these Conditions together constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the contract.
Each right or remedy of Trinity Laban under the contract is without prejudice to any other right or remedy of Trinity Laban whether under the contract or not.
The contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with the contract.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro cards using this facility. Card payments will be processed in Pounds Sterling.
If you are concerned about the security and reliability of the service, please be assured that your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them.

Where information provided by you whilst using the payment service is inaccurate or does not agree to Trinity Laban's records you may not be able to make a payment using the service. It is your responsibility to ensure that Trinity Laban is advised of changes to personal information.
We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct account due to you quoting incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
If the card supplier declines payment, Trinity Laban is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
The data that you provide during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment. We shall abide by the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and ensure that the data is used for no other purposes and is disclosed to no third party, except in respect of data that it is necessary to provide to Trinity Laban's e-commerce provider. Trinity Laban's e-commerce provider will retain some personal information so that we can access payment records in the event of queries or incomplete payment information. Any credit/debit card details given by you will not be retained in their entirety. Information will only be retained for a reasonable period and then destroyed.
Where information is presented to you from other Trinity Laban systems it is provided in good faith but Trinity Laban does not warrant that such information accessible from this site is comprehensive, accurate or up to date. Where information is presented within the online card payment service, it is to facilitate payment of amounts due to Trinity Laban. Trinity Laban separately advises fees and charges and it is your responsibility to pay all fees and charges due irrespective of how they may be shown in the online card payment service.
